So I have a dumb question. Do you have either the 3G model or are you tethering from your phone/MiFi on it? That's the only way I can see it

Do you have either the 3G model or are you tethering from your phone/MiFi on it? That's the only way I can see it working within the car. Or is there a way to essentially run everything on your Xoom from your phone?
