No, Amuse is NOT offering the Vestito kit in carbon fiber. This particular demo car is owned by Yokohama/Advan (the owner of Yokohama is huge fan of Amuse, he has a full Ericsson M3 as well) and they added custom carbon fiber overlays to the regular Vestito kit.
Regarding the hood, (I posted this up in the other thread) for anybody seriously interested, I need to warn that this hood is full, autoclaved dry carbon (the same stuff that full on race cars are made of), so it's by no means cheap. I can provide pricing, but it's very expensive. I'm going to try and talk with Amuse to see whether they can produce an FRP version of the hood as well. As they have never done an FRP hood in the past, it may be a total long shot, but I'll let everybody know how it goes. However, Amuse IS working on some new things for the 370z - I'll give away one thing - new wing! |
No dont do the entire hood in FRP, just the OEM hood with cf/frp inserts?
