Good thread here on some options for racing seats.

The stock strut bar is not strong enough to take the loads required for a harness, also the angle may not be right in many cases.

No experience with aftermarket racing wheels, but I can't see one having cruise control or BT, plus the required wiring to hook it all up to the car. The idea behind them being that they are light, simple and easy to install/remove.

Bride, Corbeau, Sparco, Recaro all make great, lightweight, and comfy seats. Note that 1-piece constructed seats are NOT one-size-fits all (a lesson my wife still holds over me...as I bought a pair of carbon Bride 1-piece at the narrow width, without thinking that I only have a 29" waist.).

Any 3, 4, or 5 point works well...you either need to make a harness bar or mount to the rear bulkhead which is under the trunk mat (double check your angles and your mount itself).

No racing wheel that I have seen has cruise or bluetooth. However, if you are skilled enough, you can detach the controls from the oem wheel and mount them in a different location (like the dash) and then just rewire them.
