The vents are too gaping like it was fitted for another car.

Not everyone is a fan of the pointless hellaflush look

^^ does it have to be "hellaflush" to be low? I dont think so...
What i meant is that the car has an average drop, its not slammed. and the difuser looks close to the ground already

Just say'n, that drop looks pretty good to me. I personally wouldn't go any lower than that... you're more than welcome to do what you want. Also, a functional diffuser is suppose to be close to the ground...just say'n.

I would have prefered a fully fuctional rear diffuser with vertical fins and covers the underside more, like the one on the 458

I think the drop looks good too? :ugh2:
im just concerned about ground clearace since i go over some tall speed bumps at work and my Z is my daily driver

kenchan 12-15-2011 02:05 PM

and dips on the expressway...

anthonyy 12-15-2011 06:36 PM

for a track-only car sure... but for a DD that will get scraped to sh*t

younter 12-15-2011 06:42 PM

I totally think this won't work out very well..

Bracket will be inside for final prodcut. So won't cover the CF part. Need to work on the sides.

Seems really low. Is it adjustable? Any test data for a "functional" body piece? I'm very interested based on the answer to those questions.

The bracket is adjustable base on type of exhaust you have. On this white Z we have Invidia exhaust on. Test data ...No.

Center part seems crooked in the first pic. Is this the final production product? Still looks kind of raw...unfinished.

In for better pics and production version.

Still need to make the center part more fitted and flow with the car.

This is exactly what I was about to ask. If you make the piece look more level and bring the center part up, it would look much better. It is kind of hard to tell with the lighting though but thanks for the update!

-sides need to be shorten to where it lines up with the rear valence.
-center section hangs too low.

kuriz32 12-15-2011 11:31 PM

Looks like a copy of Top Secret R34 diffuser that has the center trimmed out. The design doesn't fit the Z at all, much too squared off.

Flushnismo 12-15-2011 11:37 PM

I personally think the z looks 10x better with no wheel gap..Most people agree but just don't do it because you have to be a little more cautious when driving...so what. It's defiantly worth it.
This would be on the ground with my "hellaflush" car :shakes head:. I like where it's going though..
