Will this work on the interior of the window as well? Does it leave any type of streak marks? I've used the water repellent stuff before and it seemed it

Will this work on the interior of the window as well? Does it leave any type of streak marks?

I've used the water repellent stuff before and it seemed it always left some sort of film that didn't wipe out completely.
