Overlays?

Anybody that has put overlays on your headlights or tails, do you think this is something I can apply myself or should find a professional to do it for me?

Ok I tried, not so good, but look at pic in a later post and tell me which looks better. I might not reorder the one I screwed up!

It depends. I ordered my spoiler light overlay for my G37 from bluebatmobile, and it was a relatively easy install. its pretty cheap too, so its not really a big deal if you mess it up.

its pretty simple, just takes a while to stretch it and get it right, curves are a lil tough, but i got quoted $20 over my overlay price to get it done professionally, they also said that they would probably mess up and end up using their own tint, but that was a tint place trying to rip me off

summary- do it yourself and gain some self accomplishment

I bought head and tail light overlays from bluebat. I think I'm going to give it a try. Which do you think would be the easiest to start with, front or back?

Ok, I tried. Not good results! I'm not sure if its even worth it for the slight tint. I am trying to post pic to show what it looks like with one headlight done. I can't get them to post and can't find a thread to tell me how. If someone would tell me where to look for instructions I will try again. I'm going to remove the tint tomorrow, it is really a bad install job!
