front mud flap bolts/screws?

Hey guys, I noticed both my front mud flaps are loose. I believe I am missing that one screw at the bottom of it. Anyone have a picture of it

Hey guys, I noticed both my front mud flaps are loose. I believe I am missing that one screw at the bottom of it.
