Default Rear bumper repaint

Well, after over 2 yrs of ownership, my wife lowered the garage door and the handle on the door gouged a nice deep scratch about 16 inches long down my bumper. Anyone have a ballpark estimate on what a repaint of the facia would cost. Thanks.

Around $350 for prep and paint, if you remove and reinstall the bumper yourself. (if you want it done right, a repaint will be needed) More if you have them do the remove/install.

But you might be able to get them to just paint and blend the area for a little cheaper ($100 to $150)

Thanks for the reply. Kinda what I was thinking. I should be able to remove the rear facia without too much trouble.
