I would put on at least 3 or 4. What I did was keep putting on coats until it's as glossy as you like. Put on a coat and give it 10-15 mins to dry. If you like it, then just leave it there. If you want it more glossy, add another coat and repeat.

Did you do the wheels yourself? Also, what is that handle coming out your front bumper?

Actually it is really very good. I did mine a couple months ago and my handles still.look good. The only place its starting to peel is right at the edge where you open the door. Unless you look from the back of the handle you cant see it. I had my kids opening them and it still didnt come off. Plastidip! +1

You car looks great btw. Good job and good vids. Im not good at making diy walkthroughs..i just posted an album of the process.

Did you also get overspray. I saw that you did what i did and only taped around the emblems... i had to bug and tar the car afterwards. I was scared when i first saw the overspray everywhere....lol

Plasti dipped side blinkers

3 Attachment(s)
I plasti dipped my side blinkers today on my silver z. I have black wheels, emblems, fangs, rear diffuser, roof, and tailights so I thought this would blend into the theme well and it turned out great. I peeled the plasti dip off the light section so you can see the light. "z" and outer ring are black.Attachment 52767Attachment 52768Attachment 52769http://img.tapatalk.com/aefe70e9-d7db-4238.jpg

Somehow caught the light perfect to show how good it looks
