So pretty much:

All 5mm spacers slide right on
All 10mm spacers require stud replacement
All 15mm spacers require stud replacement
20mm spacers can be either bolt on or stud replacement
All 25mm spacers are bolt on

Right?

I think u ment 20mm is when they can be either DRS(stud replacement) or DRM(bolt on) from H&R. I'm pretty sure that the 25mm are oy available in DRM (bolt on).

Yep those are the options from H&R which IMO and many other people's, are the best ones to get.

Thanks guys. Very helpful. After seeing the pics, I think I'm going to go with 20mm all around. What do you guys think?

i say replace the studs on any size you get. its not that hard to do.....

I like 15/20 front/rear but that's just me. When I get back to a PC I will put up a few pics of my old Z with that setup.

There aren't any benefit to this, as illustrated by multiple instances of people using the bolt-ons (even during track use) without experiencing stud failure.
