Iwan like I posted last night I am waiting on the freight company today to pick up the rest of the orders. I have 2-3 wings sitting in boxes. I have a lip kit sitting. I have 2 amuse kits and a few sets of fenders in boxes waiting for pick up. I said I would be getting everyone tracking numbers today and I will. Please be patient a lot of the problems we have had is with our manufacturer and we have a new company that will be taking over our production for future orders. The new company has already built us production prototypes in record time and with great quality! Please be patient we are trying to get everyone's orders taken care of.

Mike, that's the thing right there..

I got a PM from Andrew saying that the wings had shipped LAST Tuesday.. Not yesterday, LAST WEEK.. Now you're saying the wings are in the shop sitting in boxes.. That's just amazing.. :shakes head: :shakes head:

Hopefully they will finally and really ship this time..

We have shipments going out every week. Yours was shipped and then sent back if I recall correctly. I am trying to remedy the issue we know where the problem is with these orders and we are working to get everyone taken care of. If my warehouse tells me they shipped your parts... I immediately call/pm you and say it shipped but if it did not then I look like a fool... That's where we stand right now. So me and Andrew are on the case of the current manufacturer and our warehouse to get these parts out for us so that we can resolve the issues. I can only ask that you be patient while we get these out ASAP to you guys.

I couldn't resist Mike, lol just a joke. But you guys must be super stressed over this wing drama. I see why people would be upset, but I know you guys were at Sema & people just need some patience.

Yeah we are a bit stressed as our reputation is on the line and our Manufacturer has failed us on getting these parts out in a timely manner. I am working with all our customers to help resolve the issues and get everyone their products as quickly as possible.

I'm not pointing fingers, but passing the buck doesn't really do anything except frustrate customers. A slow or misinformed supplier has no affect on what you tell your own customers that are waiting for their parts. Telling them that the parts that arrived either looked like trash or the manufacturer dropped the ball is what should have been said from the beginning.

The freight truck was too full last night and has to come back today to pick up everyones orders. We were the last stop of the day. I will update when everything is picked up today.

I wanted to get this once I got my wing from the dealer...but they seemed jinxed. Everything that could happen to the add on has happened. Lets hope alien abduction is not in their future.

Everyones stuff went out except the one wing going to miami... we have to take that one to fedex in the morning. I will have tracking numbers for everyone tomorrow when I receive them from the warehouse.

For the customer who is getting the replacement CF fender it should ship middle of next week as we will be getting it on monday and need to clear coat it.

If you have a specific question please PM me and I will address your order on a case by case basis. This will be the most organized way I can handle questions and concerns.

Iwans Order was picked up already and once it gets put on the plane from the shipping company's warehouse I will have an airway confirmation for him.

Chris I have a tracking number for you and will be PM'ing you in about 5 secs.

Don's wheels he ordered through andrew have also shipped and if he would PM me I can give him his tracking number. (I dont know your username).

The replacement CF fender will be going out next week pending no setbacks in clear coating.
