If you package up the headlights yourself, and take the package to a FedEx facility, it wouldn't cost more than $50 from Cali for shipping via FedEx Ground. As for shipping out of country... the cheapest would be Air Mail via government mail. DON'T ship with FedEx or UPS over seas unless you have a business account, because it would be ridiculously expensive. You'll save the most money if you use a compact box, something like the Nissan boxes brand new headlights originally come in, they're small, and very tight inside so the headlights wouldn't get damaged easily, if you can get a pair of those boxes, package the headlights inside and tape the boxes together that would be the best bet. Try getting a quote on shipping using 1 box for both headlights and a quote on 2 small boxes.
