i drove for 1:30 to the location to that crap and i was so disappointed that i didnt want anyone else to go through the same thing. its so cheaply made. they just took the side marker and glued it to a piece of carbon fiber.

You must have went to the same shop I did

, yes they looked really bad, I had cash in my pocket and ready to buy. Yep, just a side marker glued onto a piece of poorly molded carbon fiber. I posted in the other thread that SoCal started.

i went to this one. Great guys and the service was good too but the emblem is just crap so i ended up with the black license plate holder with the 370z on it.

Since it is plastic that is chrome plated try this: Cola as Chrome Remover

I too am anxious to see whether this works on our emblems. A custom plater can remove the chrome, but it will cost you.
