The color looks good but man that install is terrible. I'd take it back to whoever installed it cause that's not going to tighten up much. Is it custom or did u buy it premade?
Install wasn't the best, IMHO. The leather should be smooth and tight, not loose and wrinkled like a senior AARP member.
Not feeling the color with the car, either. |
sorry to say but that install is terrible.
That color is sweet but like others have said the install is lacking. Looks like a leather reclining living room chair now instead of a seat.
ouch.. passenger seat sides are veeeeeeeerrrry loose... dont think warmer temps will tighten that..
The consensus is that the fit is horrible, and I agree. Sorry :ugh2:

lol @ the tramp stamp on the rear window.... just sayin
is that a cover??
From someone who has had aftermarket leather installed, that's a terrible fuckin fit. Leather tighten up? Did they sell you on that BS?
OEM fit > aftermarket or whatever you have there. It's like night and day.

well, I appreciate the critiques. There is a 3year 36000 mile warranty so I will have them tighten up both seats. the door panels are perfect at least in my opinion.

I see your local to me. Who put that in? I've done a couple of leather kits at my old job and some of it will work out with the heat we have done here but not all of that. It looks like they got lazy and didn't work it all the way over the foam.

That's what's going to happen with the borrowed 4x4....

i feel bad~~;; it looks like... XXL shirt on a medium person...
Well, the red seats look great with white (color combination), I think.
That was the worst install I have seen this year... Whew I would ask for money back or for them to fix the fitment issues. It looks like leather seats that were rained on... Looks horrible... Color is nice though  I give you props on that it seems very 40th anniv. Edition like in theme.
First of all, it would have had a better oem look if the seats had cloth and leather. It wouldnt look like you had it done at value city. it looks like your about to sit down and watch tv.
Now they look like chairs instead of seats!!!!!! |
I had leather put in mine if you want a reference of what it should look like. It's looked like that from day one. You need to start blowing up the installer about that. Cooler looks good, headrest look good, and the doors look good but the seats need to be redone. Sorry for the honesty. Let us know what happens.

I'm in the same area as well... who did that install?
It really does look like it's too loose, if I paid someone and got seats that looked like that I would be mad as hell. I do like the red on white though... very nice colors. |
To say both of y'all are local I haven't really seen any 370's. I haven't driven mine in about a month though.
I live really close to Prarieville as well... check out the local section, we had a meet like 2 weeks ago and 5-6 370s showed up! Come hang out!!
I think this is how custom leather should look like...

No way are those door panels good either, look at the stitching on the stock panel, and then after it was frankensteined... def take it back to the installer.
