Fresh Leather installed with PICS

The color is actually medium red with black stiching, it is not as bright as the pictures make it seem.

It should tighten up once the summer temps hit so ignore the wrinkles. It was in the 30s when I had it installed.

The color looks good but man that install is terrible. I'd take it back to whoever installed it cause that's not going to tighten up much. Is it custom or did u buy it premade?

SmoothZ 12-28-2010 08:41 PM

Install wasn't the best, IMHO. The leather should be smooth and tight, not loose and wrinkled like a senior AARP member.

Not feeling the color with the car, either.

sorry to say but that install is terrible.

That color is sweet but like others have said the install is lacking. Looks like a leather reclining living room chair now instead of a seat.

area3z 12-28-2010 09:31 PM

ouch.. passenger seat sides are veeeeeeeerrrry loose... dont think warmer temps will tighten that..

The consensus is that the fit is horrible, and I agree. Sorry :ugh2:

lol @ the tramp stamp on the rear window.... just sayin

RCZ 12-28-2010 09:40 PM

is that a cover??

frost 12-28-2010 09:45 PM

From someone who has had aftermarket leather installed, that's a terrible fuckin fit. Leather tighten up? Did they sell you on that BS?

SmoothZ 12-28-2010 09:57 PM

OEM fit > aftermarket or whatever you have there. It's like night and day.

well, I appreciate the critiques. There is a 3year 36000 mile warranty so I will have them tighten up both seats. the door panels are perfect at least in my opinion.
