such a interesting forum where everybody thinks every single thing is perfect. :tiphat:

In your case I don't mind it you are on the track alot. but I personally think its unneeded when you go to a track once a month or two.

but then again, most can be unbolted like you said.

it just irritates me when im in traffic and I see a subaru or whatever with a big *** aftermarket wing going 30, I just start thinking, why in godsname.

I am more a fan of the more subtle wing.

Some Subaru cars come with massive wings from the factory and they serve a purpose. Besides, why does it bother you when someone takes their money and spends it on an aftermarket part for their car to make themselves feel good?

Now, stick-on-vents should be banned from the roads. :D

I'm glad the Blue370TTs messages were deleted (well, most). I didn't want to post a 500 word essay on how and why so many Civics run 12 to 10 second quarter miles for a fraction of the cost of the 370Z. :tiphat: It's sad the entire Honda tuner scene has been lumped in with the Rice. I expected more from Z owners especially with how cheap the 350z's are getting.

i think the big issue is that all big wings are lumped in as rice just because people used to throw any old wing up. Some big wings do look good even if they arent used for function. So big wings can look good, they can be functional and they can be rice. People who think they are only for one thing are the problem... plus forgetting the biggest factor of all... personal opinion. for E.G I love that Z-Power Wing this OP posted about. Would I get it for the looks yes. Would I get it for the functionality.. well if its functional too great. Thats my opinion.. on my car.

So call all big wings rice = your just jumpin on the hate train and dont know any better.

Also if you dont have a big wing where else would that girl be??

I am planning on starting with instruction then move to light track duty with it... I already know I'm not going pro lol. Just trying to figure out if it is worth it for the downforce.

F, the down force! get some forward force! With some FI!
You said you dont like the Amuse wing right??!?! The ins+1 wing would have been my choice if I would have not gotten Amuse, I know you already told me you want that one so just get it bro, who cares what these yahoos have to to say ings+1 is the sh!t :stirthepot:

doubleG370Z 12-22-2010 10:39 PM

how come someone hasn't designed a rear wing using the same mounting supports where you can just bolt-on or off the main wing part from track style or smaller street/dd style when needed??

I just don't want to buy the ings+1... and realize it is not enough downforce. Does no one have #s on the force it adds? I know I've seen a few of them on Z's in the forum.
