you sure the tint installer didn't have anything to do with it? from the looks of the intersecting finer scratches, it looks as if someone tried to do a horrible

you sure the tint installer didn't have anything to do with it? from the looks of the intersecting finer scratches, it looks as if someone tried to do a horrible buff job. but i could be totally off base...
