2nd ChrisSlick's instructions. Mine was exactly the same when delivered. Go thru the initialization sequence exactly. Make sure you keep holding the switch fully in the 'up' position for 5

2nd ChrisSlick's instructions. Mine was exactly the same when delivered. Go thru the initialization sequence exactly. Make sure you keep holding the switch fully in the 'up' position for 5 sec after the window is all the way up. Worked for me.
