You say you tried everything. I assume you've done this:
Have the car turned off. Press the ignition twice to get into ON mode, but don't depress the clutch (Don't start the car) Using the window switch, fully lower each window and then fully raise it back up. Push ignition once to turn off the ignition. Start car normally, windows should be reprogrammed.

When using spearfish's directions you have the hold the switch in the up position for 5 seconds after the window is all the way to the top. Make sure you pull the switch up all the way (2nd position).

Its not the only one, but its the largest and the only certified to service the GTR (and I think its the best one). Talked to the service manager yesterday and he said they got it to work with a switch of from a new roadster, but sice the P/N were not the same (according to him) they orderer the correct P/N for my car. Will let you guys know.
