on the back of the dummy light their are two 10mm nuts
Try spraying the two 10mm nuts with lube, and use a heat gun to melt the loctite they use on the threads. If you're not careful the stud will break loose, and start turning while you're trying to remove the 10mm nuts. This is what happened to me, and I had basically destroy the dummy light lens to drill a hole to access the head of the studs to clamp needle nose vise-grips to keep from spinning while trying to remove the 10mm nuts.

I'd suggest getting some replacements for those "pop" retainers. The one on the lower part gets very brittle.
I used penetrating oil (come on you pervs) on the two nuts (oh crap), then turned them very slowly. If you try to turn them rapidly, you'll spin the studs.
