Easy enough to determine - I just took a DSLR photo, adjusted perspective to be flat, then resized to match middle display size based on a ruler measurement.

What dimensions do you want?

For anyone that wants to customize there own, here is a 300 dpi PNG based on my first attempt.

My real first attempt is in PhotoPaint format, and has a rainbow for the gas markers, but I think the straight orange works better. Of course, you can just replace the color strips with whatever.

I think it is a pixel or two too narrow from E to F, but it doesn't look too bad.

You can print on paper to test fit pretty well.
