Key Fob Warning...

I think this has been brought up before, but for those that didn't see it, I just wanted to suggest that you take the key fob out of your pocket when you get home. Twice now I've come outside after having my keys in my pocket for a while to find my windows wide open. Luckily no one has taken anything.

Good thing it didn't rain. Boy I would have been upset.

Your pockets are too tight. Stop wearing tight pants lol.

Mythic 09-09-2010 09:24 AM

How did your windows get open? Is there a button on the fob that does that?

Not a chance…they’re part of my look now that I’ve discovered the joy of having my scrote compressed by snug denim. Maybe I’ll get a hip pack. :icon17:

Hold down the open button on the fob and they will go down. Put the key from the fob in the door and turn left to close them.

Lol... I don't care if it is in or not, I am never going to wear them. Some of my friends (girls) tried to get me to wear them.

I think it is weird as @!#$ for someone that isn't skinny at all to wear skinny jeans or skinny anything.

haha :superghey:

It's not only true of the Z, many cars do this - Audi, BMW, Volvo, Ford, etc, etc., but usually you can close them all by pressing for a long time on the close button of the fob.

I've noticed a lot of my friends & work colleagues don't know of this function on their own cars :p.

Those girls are probably just trying to see if they can manipulate you. I won't even wear the boot cut jeans. There's no reason for a male to wear pants that taper or are tight anywhere unless he's in a racing suit, wetsuit, etc.

Had this happen to me a few times. One time, when I came out to my car in the morning, there were leaves inside the cabin. The other time was in the winter and I ended up with snow on the seats. At least the windows didn't roll down all the way. Lesson learned, now I just use a carabiner and clip the keyfob onto my belt loop.
