I've set the alarm off with the fob in my pocket (house key pressing against the panic button). I'll try switching pockets to see if I can get the windows down.

kenchan 09-09-2010 11:51 AM

mdbrich 09-09-2010 12:09 PM

I wonder if KP Technologies has a module for rolling windows back up with the fob. That's what I want to get.

xiven 09-09-2010 12:41 PM

I don't worry about that since I don't wear tight pants and I'm not in range of my car from my place.

shadoquad 09-09-2010 01:17 PM

Had my fob in teh pocket one morning when going to wash the car. Filled the bucket, mixed the soap, started my initial rinse, sprayed directly into my passenger side window before I realized the windows were down. :owned: myself.

While I'll bet you were pretty mad at the time, that's pretty funny

The Australian model doesn't have that feature. Don't know if that's a good or bad thing.

fairladyZ34 09-09-2010 11:55 PM

it usually takes a good little period of time to get the windows to roll down. i cant see doing it unless im leaving directly on the key, but in that case id prob feel myself leaning on the key anyway
