there are two ways basically. either spray them by yourself, or ask other if you think you might screw up your precious headlights while doing it by your own hand then leave the work to proffesional ppl out there to spray them for but you will have to pay them some amount of $$ or ask one of your skilled friend to do it for you. talking of praying the headlight, go and search DIY section
