Looking for anchor points

Hi guys, I m looking for anchor points for harness, I found some pictures with children seat anchor point but it cant be used. On pictures we can see screws

Looking for anchor points

Hi guys,
I m looking for anchor points for harness, I found some pictures with children seat anchor point but it cant be used.
On pictures we can see screws but I don't know why they are here and if I can use them.
