mine are on the way, but im planning on having the led's changes/brighter if they are indeed not bright enough. I dont want them to be super bright either tho or they would be overpowering at night.

I like them alot and I recommend it for sure. They aren't as bright as Audi's, but they are bright. I'm very please with them.

Here is a quick comparison

Any daytime pics?

christian370z 09-01-2010 06:43 PM

Awesome, I should have just gone to GReddy and picked them up in person to save the wait. How much extra wire did you need approximately?

Great DIY!

Does the strip rub/touches the bumper?

Do you have pictures of the strip itself?

Thanks

DanGizinski-
Here are some pics inside my garage, with the garage door open to show how much it doesn't illuminate anything.

I like it!!
Ill get some better daytime pics when I take it out tomorrow

christian370z-
I used about 6 inches of extra wire and had a good amount of slack left over. It's a pretty straightforward install, but the lack of room behind the headlight and having to take the tape off to separate the green wire was a pain.

YamahaR6-
Yes the strip touches the bumper, it's a very tight fit. I didn't take any pictures of the strip itself, sorry.

 Just waiting to get mine so I can add them to my MR Works lights.....can't wait! I hope to have 'em on for Z Nationals @ Z1 Motorsports!

mattjk 09-01-2010 09:19 PM

PontualZ, did you have to remove the bumper, or can you slide them into place?

PontualZ 09-01-2010 10:53 PM

Bumper needs to come off. It's too tight of a fit to slide them in.

Bster 09-01-2010 11:10 PM

If you don't mind, could you take some pictures from a slightly further distance just to be able to see the whole car with a better perspective?

Plenty thanks!

Gotcha, thanks again as this will make my install go much more smoothly. They look great btw, you should get LED parking lights to round off the LED look.
