I appreciate the kind words! Since I had previous experience removing the bumper, the whole install took me an hour at most. The hardest part is the wiring as the space is limited when splicing into the parking light green power wire. If I had never removed the bumper before, the whole process would have taken an hour and a half to 2 hours but it is very straight forward.

VLED Parking Lights

I don't think they sent the wrong ones because the acrylic that the LEDs are seated in is perfectly curved and trimmed to the length of the Z headlight housing. But you are very right, the pictures in the advertisement show LEDs going all the way under the parking light. I am going to give them a call after labor day and see if they can give me new ones even though I already installed mine but if you have a LED parking light, it looks very nice.

Your Greedys work for me! Very nice addition! Ok, so where did you get your VLEDs?? Let me know, thnx:stirthepot:

Heck yeah! You definately won't regret it, the car looks so mean at night and the location of the GReddy LEDs look much better than the landing strip headlight mod.

Full Daytime Shots

Here are some daytime sun shots in high quality to show how the GReddy LEDs look and their respective light output. Just note that the VLED parking lights are very bright but look how dim they look in the sun, keep that in mind when looking at the GReddy DRLs. The shutter and apperature settings I used toned down the overall brightness but it was sunny with clouds.

Two gratuitous shots of the Z in it's parking spot at school. I even turned off the two sprinklers around it so that it would not get blasted haha.

Has anyone actually gotten the greddy site to do free shipping or is that just a gimmick....tells you to put a different coupon code (onlineexclusive3), but automatically selects a different one (onlineexclusive1) and I can't find a place to alter it. Blaaah

You need to call them with your order number and they will honor it.

christian370z 09-07-2010 01:36 AM

Haha, I think it looks amazing at night with LED parking lights. Photobucket hacked the crap out of the quality but that is pretty much what they look like in the flesh.

Hmmm, I like this. Maybe after I change my Interior lights.

yah, they look okay at night. probably best to wire up on the parking markers as most of you guys did and not use it during the day.

That is exactly what I did and will be running them as. They also look great when the headlights are on but are obviously less pronounced then.
