I got feedback from Consumer Affairs yesterday (finally) and the girl says that since so many Zs have it that it's somehow OK. Can you believe it??? In other words

still waiting on a resolution
I got feedback from Consumer Affairs yesterday (finally) and the girl says that since so many Zs have it that it's somehow OK. Can you believe it??? In other words the warp in her opinion is apparently the "new standard". Unbelievable.
Anyway, at my insistence she is attempting to contact an engineer and is checking to see if there is a bumper made at another factory that doesn't have the warp. I doubt there is a second factory that makes the bumpers but I will wait and see. |
