Show Me What's Under the Hood of Your 370Z!
Well, I was sitting around and came up with this thread idea. How about we keep a thread dedicated to "under the hood pictures" (I can see the smile on Tony's face already ) of our 370Z.
Rule: Maximum 2 pictures. I'll Start (though mine is pretty simple :( ) http://i576.photobucket.com/albums/s...z/DSC04377.jpg http://i576.photobucket.com/albums/s...z/DSC04367.jpg |
Great pics. I'd show you pics of mine but it's completely stock and everyone has seen that.

niiiiice! didnt know stillen had there name visible on the intakes. i want to get em so bad but heard about the whole a/c line breaking :( . PLUS i went to nissan and asked the service guy what it would void and if i could get a list. gave me a ******** story and pretty much seems EVERYTHING can be blamed on a simple bolt on if they really wanted to avoid fixing it.

If you look closely you will see its not just the purple box, its a silver box as well in every pic. Just following the wires but looks like some sort of ECU management system. If someone could narrow it down id appreciate it!

Late to the party.. but here's my contribution
http://www.jdmgallery.com/wp-content...b679cfd0_b.jpg Password:JDM CF compartment covers and cooling plate, Seibon CF Engine Cover, Black Chrome OEM Strut bar by VIP Status.. Nothing like spending 1K on your engine bay to achieve 0HP.. haha but it looks pretty.. |

This makes me wish I had a picture of the rat I found one day in the engine bay of my dad's car (older Acura) that I was driving at the time. I woke up one night to hear a scratching noise coming from around my garage. I was all worried I had a rat in the crawlspace. Later that day I popped the hood for another reason and saw him scurry around and dance a little jig on the engine cover. I drove to Home Depot to get a dowel and tried to poke him out, but no go. After parking outside for a week I think the local cats got him. All in all he probably rode around for ~100 miles in the engine bay.
Lesson learned: avoid parking in or near wooded areas or areas with heavy brush at all costs. I follow this rule without exception in my 370Z. |
