Hey roplusbee

The transaction was instant via PayPal from my checking. As of now, there's been no money transferred and showing a 0 balance.

I've filed a dispute with PayPal but I'm basically SOL as its been over 45 days. I gave it so long based on other members feedback on the product from EVOR taking so long without reading PayPal rules. Lessons learned.

If I'm going to get my money back, it'll have be through here as no one answers the phone, returns my emails nor PMs here. Sorry to all members to have to do this here, but it just rubs me the wrong way that I gave away $175. Rather it went to charity!

15 days since "case closed", with no reply, refund or product. Almost 4 months since I ordered.

Do you require any financial aid due to this loss? I am sure we will all pinch a few bucks in to make sure you can make the ends meet.

Negative on the aid, thanks very much (from a fellow Canadian!) though. More of a matter of ethics now. This guy is a paying vendor and I got ripped off. I feel the site admins should do something about it, such as a temporary ban until this is resolved. AK is on it though.

As I mentioned, I would have rather have given the money to charity.

Shady business, reading your case makes me hesitant to purchase the items off his site.

To be fair to Evo-R, one time I ordered parts from him through the Z Store and I actually recieved them. My door handles shipped immediately.

Don't know if something happened to him or not, but it says he was on yesterday.

Just pisses me off that he doesn't reply to emails, PMs, phone....anything, but goes around saying I got a refund.

Good luck. I got screwed out of $175. Sent money 4 mths ago. No contact, no product and no refund.
