Still out of stock. I'll issue refund.

tonybui 05-18-2013 11:41 AM

How hard is it to just tell your customers "I'm sorry, we are out of stock or whatever" don't let them sit and wait without any communication. Damn, I would be furious and I like evo-r stuff, maybe the recognize that and playing hard to get lol

Or maybe its the fact that EvoR is pretty much a one man operation making all these custom parts for the 370, and he is the only person actually making cool stuff for our cars. Everyone has lives, sometimes things get pretty hectic and when you're working by yourself to please the entire US and world 370 owners I'm sure it gets overwhelming. When Jay does get things shipped and has time to reply to people and sell things he is a great person to do business with. Catch the guy a lil slack.

7 days later, still NO refund.

You guys can all keep on making excuses for this vendor but 0 communication and false statements are unacceptable.

cooltoy 05-23-2013 05:03 PM

He took your money and going to live off of it for the rest of his life on a Caribbean island.

EVOR 05-25-2013 12:13 AM

WTF? I wish it was that easy. So now you come on here making false statements and reassurances? NO refund has been given back as of yet on my PayPal. This is getting ridiculous, just please give me the $175 back so I can use it elsewhere.

roplusbee 05-25-2013 04:58 PM

SP00LN:

Not sure what the situation is with your transaction, but PayPal lists this about refunds on their website:

If they paid with their bank account (eCheck or Instant Transfer) or PayPal balance, the money will go back to their PayPal balance.

If they paid with a credit card, the money will go back to their card. It can take up to 30 days for the refund to show up on the card statement.

Refunds are in the same currency and at the same conversion rate as the original payment

If you feel like old boy is not doing what he said, simply file a claim with PayPal. The longer you wait, the less likely they will be to help you.
