I think he said that it just looks like there is a gap, but in fact there are none. He is going to test fit it before he ships it to me, I told him if it is not 100% perfect then dont ship it, and he agrees.

oh well... stinks though because I have sent him 3-4 PMs about getting a lip just like the one he just had available, saying I am local, and very interested and never recieved a response back.. Hopefully more like that one becomes available.. I only am interested in the center being carbon fiber so it makes sense to get that one... full CF is cool but more money, fpr is cheap but not exactly what I am going for... I think others would feel the same way so hopefully that goes into production for a price between the two other options. |

one piece CF is fine, but i would still paint the sides so no meaning... |

Guys I want to make this install as detail as possible. Cuz if you don't do it right one of other parts will not fit right. First I put on 3M double sides on the center bumper. (Make sure youe have clean the surface before this) Follow the line of the bumper. This is important.

Make sure push in hard so that there will be no gaps. Line up with factory bumper line for the lower lip. You will see how it flows. Do the center section first so that the cover will colse with the bumper with no gap. If you see your edges of the bumper and the side cover has a gap, that means you did not line up correctly, push the sode cover more to the center. Screw 2 screws on the edge of the side cover to the bumper. http://a.imageshack.us/img832/97/img4025c.jpg Screw on the bottom section of the side cover. http://a.imageshack.us/img827/362/img4035.jpg Do the same for the other side. Does not matter which side you do it first. Main point is when you put them on make sure there is no gaps and follow the line of the bumper. |

Yea, cuz some people might mistake that there is a small gap. So I want to show its a 3M double side on it. =)

The contour on the fender arch side where the lip wraps around...does not match contour of the stock arch.
Other then that, I think it looks pretty good. :) |
Interested in just the carbon fiber lip but not the entire nose, is that available?
