I just bought an overlay kit for my tails on ebay (I have about 50% hope they'll have some quality). Question is am I suppose to apply these dry, or

Quick question in regards to Tail Overlay
I just bought an overlay kit for my tails on ebay (I have about 50% hope they'll have some quality). Question is am I suppose to apply these dry, or wet? I see many pictures with people using soapy water, but it says they are adhesive for easy application.
I did my roof and mirrors with an adhesive kit form sticker city and I did it dry, do I do the same for my tails? |
