anyone changed the LED in the 'Z' signal lamp?

I took it out and disconnect the male plug connected to the 'Z' unit, but there were 2 screws that needed to be removed and 1 was covered by the

I took it out and disconnect the male plug connected to the 'Z' unit, but there were 2 screws that needed to be removed and 1 was covered by the female plug. Anyone changed this before?
