Best way to find if it'll hold up against the heat is to try it.
|
I really don't think it will, it barely holds up in the car's interior on a hot day, lol IMO this is not going to look good after a couple of drives.

the biggest issue i had with the 3M on the roof was that it reminded me of my dad's (new at the time) 1982 old's ninetyeight with the faux leather top. :icon14: kinda like not a faux CF look, more like a faux canvas roadster look. :ugh2: it took a good 3hrs to install, but ended up removing it this am. :icon17: i'll post up picts later on. i crumpled up the roll but going to heat it and re-use on my Fit's hood. should give it a nice consistant ricor look, right? :rofl2: |

Hey kenchan do u still have ur template for the area around your head unit. I don't really like how it came out around the 3 circles. I'm sure I'm the only one that would notice it, but I'm kinda anal about my car & have to have everything perfect. Is there anyway you could scan & e-mail it to me? I really don't want to but I might try and redo it :(

weather permitting i want to work on ricing up my FitSport to the fullest tonight before the adhesive collects too much dust on the 3M i peeled off the roof this am from the Z. :rofl2: |
Thanks bro, I don't think I'm going to take all my stuff apart again as it was too much of a pain. Do you have the metra faceplate kit? I noticed it's not quite the same as the stock faceplate.

When you scan it I guess send it to my e-mail address: NewYorkJon34@Yahoo.com
