Rear Hatch "floor" replacement ?

That plastiky support board finally gave out. Any other options out there that can better support some weight? Was thinking of using some light plywood but I'd rather just buy

Any other options out there that can better support some weight? Was thinking of using some light plywood but I'd rather just buy something. Also looking for a nice rear mat (I have Weathertechs up front).
