The console antenna, I believe, is the one that allows the car to start. There are antennas under the rear bumper and on the drive side behind the front bumper. If you can't unlock or start the car w the fob, that suggests to me that either a fuse blew or your fob lost its programming.

I should check the fuse first, do you know what fuse is? Please

I'm still in search ... :/,

Do you know if it is possible to open the fuel door with the key manually ? Now I can't because keyfob doesn't work.
I see this https://www.youtube.com/watch?reload...&v=z8F0-YIlSik

but I don't have this tab :(

thank you

Try This...
Open The Door With The KEY (Inside The Smart Key)
Stick The SMART KEY In The Smart Key Port
START The Car - If It Starts The Smart Key Is Programmed
Then Proceed To Check Battery, Fuse, Antenna

Fsm says fuses in number (number 6 or 9 ).
The fuses box are not numbered by fuse. Maybe it’s only on US.
What is ‘consult’, FSM require ´consult ‘ for check parts. Is it odb analyze ?

SouthArk370Z 09-19-2020 08:22 AM

CONSULT is Nissan's diagnostic hardware/software. Similar to an OBD analyzer but with more Nissan-specific features. You can often use an OBD tool to get the same info as CONSULT will - sometimes not.

I went to Nissan today ... so I told them all the tests that I did, they say that I have more knowledge than them :D

they unlocked the gas door by CONSULT but they say that they cannot access the calculators (I don't know what the exact word is in English)
Either they don't know how to use CONSULT on the Z or I have a big problem with the car ....

brainrain 09-23-2020 02:19 AM

I had asked the question on a French group on facebook. A person had the same problem and he told me that it was a calculator box (for unlock/lock) below the glove box.

Maybe it's this parts : https://www.nissanpartsdeal.com/part...tra2=&filter=()

parts B (28959X)

https://www.nissanpartsdeal.com/reso...f497070f45.png

if so, can it be changed without the intervention of nissan (need ecu tune ?) ?

Thank you for your help

It could be that. But sorry, I don't have any experience with your issue or have done anything with the computers in this car.

If it were me, I would try and buy a used one off ebay or junk yard and try first if you try and do it yourself.

Maybe not helpful but I wanted to say make sure nothing is in your OBDII port because it might interfere with key fob.

As I said in this post :

http://www.the370z.com/exterior-inte...problem-3.html

My 2 keyfobs doesn't work but sometimes it's work.

Yesterday I washed under the hood with a high-pressure cleaner (just on the sides) and the key started walking again. 3 hours later it doesn't work...
Today I did the same thing, but just on the battery side, I waited a few minutes and it worked.
A few minutes later it doesn't work and when I close the hood, it works again.
I think there is a contact failure or the ground ... I tried to search on FSM but I didn't find anything. So something is not powered to detect the key...

Does anyone know where this could come from please ?

Try the fobs in the fobgina. If they work that way, then I suspect that you have an antenna problem.

brainrain 11-12-2020 12:14 PM

Key Fob don't work

In fobgina it works perfectly.
From what I understood from this link : Intelligent Key and BCM Troubleshooting

There are many antennas (outside key antenna and inside key antenna). It's said : 'Generally when the request switch is pressed, the BCM energizes only the respective door antenna.'

So I tested today, buttons (unlock/lock) on the keyfob didn't work, I pressed 5 seconds on the switch button of the driver side door and pressed again just once, it's working fine.
I can unlock/lock with buttons on keyfob (even when I am 10m (33ft) away) and I can start the car normally (keyfob in pocket). When the engine is started and when I'm get out of my car, he detects that I am going out with an alarm. I don't think that it was an antenna because after doing this (press 5 second on switch button), keyfob works perfectly but it only works for a few minutes or a few hours when the car is closed.... Example : When I drive, I have no problem with the keyfob. My car continues to detect the keyfob in my pocket . But when I take my car after work or restaurant, keyfob doesn't work.
For it to work again, I must press 5 seconds on the switch button of the driver side door and press it again just once ....every time the keyfob no longer works.

In any case, something triggers the proper functioning of the keyfob when I press the switch button on the door.
