Default Micro-scratches on black?

Hey guys, I was washing my car this morning and when I was finished, I noticed that I had a few very fine scratches on the exterior. I can't feel them with my fingernail, but I tried to apply some scratch-x, but that didn't work on the first application. Is there something else I should try? Also, are these normal for a black car? That's what everyone is telling me...

I have many tiny scratches on my black car also. Nissan's paint isn't the best out there so you will see all the swirls, scratches, DIRT haha. I've removed most of the scratches with the touch up paint but only for the deep lines.

Yeah, I have a few of those too. I'm not really sure what they age from.

you have to use a foam pad and some elbow grease to get swirls out with scratch-x. it's no miracle product as it's just a fine polish.

if you dont feel comfortable polishing it, try Prima Amigo. it's a glaze and filler.
works very well and very easy to apply/remove by hand. i use it all the time on my hobby cars between polishing. then wax afterwards.
