Key Fobs stopped working

Both of my keyfobs have stopped working at the same time it seems. I used it to lock the doors last night. Today, it won’t do anything, so I grabbed my other fob, same thing. I haven’t disconnected the battery or anything. Is it possible they De-programmed themselves? Surely both batteries haven’t died at the same time. I’ll replace them later, but it seems kinda strange.

Seriously, if the fobs are the same age, the batteries MAY have both died at the same time, but I doubt it. Only thing to do is replace them and see what happens...

Apparently both batteries went out about the same time. New batteries, and all good.

I had the same thing happen.
Keyfobs stopped working one day apart.
New batteries and all is good.

The Z doesn't give a key fob battery low warning? Our Altima Coupe did, though it seemed like you could could go a long time after it activated before replacing the batteries. And they always did seem to go low around the same time.

I bought a 2016 Z in August 2016. Both Fob batteries went out in early April 2019.

3 years of use.
