16 DRL lite out on one side

If one side is not working at all, I suspect a wiring/relay problem. Swap the DRLs (move left one to right side and vice versa). If the problem moves to

Swap the DRLs (move left one to right side and vice versa). If the problem moves to the other side, then it's the DRL. If problem stays on same side, it's wiring. FSM (link in sig) might be of some help.
