If no one comes up with a good answer, the FSM* has wiring diagrams, connector pin-outs, etc that would allow you to DIY. *Nissan recently had copies of the FSM

If no one comes up with a good answer, the FSM* has wiring diagrams, connector pin-outs, etc that would allow you to DIY.
*Nissan recently had copies of the FSM taken down from all the "major" sites.  You may still be able to find a copy. I doubt if there have been any wiring changes to the cruise buttons, so any model year FSM should work.
