Default Parking Brake Handle trim

I've looked all over the web and the Factory Service Manual, and can't find the part number (or even the name) of the rubber trim piece that surrounds the base of the parking brake in the center console. It's not a boot exactly; more like a rubber gasket. I'm trying to find a new one, but don't even know what to call it! Can anyone help?
Thanks,
Steve

Looks like it is just built in to the console, and is does not have a separate part number.
Might have to buy the whole console.

Thanks much! I was hoping to find just the rubber trim, but I suppose buying the whole console is a decent second choice.
I appreciate the assist.
