Nismo V1 front bumper on 2013+

Hi, I'm wondering about the V1 nismo front bumper. to fit 2013+ 370z, would I need engine under cover + wheel inner fender like people that fits 2015+ nismo bumper?

I think I found my answer with this picture, It shows where the undercover attatch

looks totally different
