Post picks of your aftermarket valve stem caps.

I am kind of getting tires of my grey plastic ones. There are so many styles out there, but all websites usually show is the cap, but not how it looks on a car.

Please post a close up and a further back picture of your caps. Curious to see how different styles look.

Kind of debating what would look good with a silver wheel. Considering neo chrome or just silver.

Zbrah 12-06-2016 11:42 PM

I have two sets. One with the Z logo one with nismo. Z store carries both.

You can't really see them unless you bend over and look close.

LOL.

No worries. I did not expect pictures at 1 am. At everybody's convenience. Thank you.

cooltoy 12-07-2016 11:55 AM

I should have checked out some wheel threads too.

Well, from these pictures I realized that caps look best when they blend in with the wheel. So silver is best for me. And I also realized that long caps are needed to cover all the threads, and round head caps looks best.

For me anyway.

Zoren 370 12-07-2016 08:09 PM

Damnt all those valve stem caps would make any 10 year old tempted to steal them. Lol

Zoren 370 12-07-2016 08:18 PM

Cooltoy if we have this thread do we have a thread for lug nuts?

Any brand you recommend? I'm currently looking for a project kic lug nuts vs muteki....rays is so darn expensive.

Any other good quality brands out there?

cooltoy 12-07-2016 08:24 PM

I have muteki. They seem to do the job. I got them used, so they were not so expensive. You can have my chrome ones I got with the wheels if you want. They are pretty basic.

Zoren 370 12-07-2016 08:32 PM

I do have a matte black M310 wheels and is considering between the project kicks neochrome R40 iconix or black R40 with either black or red caps.

What do you think? Do we have a vendor here that sells them, I'm just worried buying at eBay or Amazon due to many fake PRoject kics out there.

cooltoy 12-07-2016 08:40 PM

Projects kicks are certainly nice. I did not like extended lugs, so my muteki were perfect for me - subtle and hidden until you get close. I don't think my wive has noticed them yet and it has been over a year.

Did you see the thread on how to tell fake from real?

Red caps might be too much unless you have red calipers. Black will be good.

Zoren 370 12-07-2016 08:44 PM

Yes I did

What would you recommend for my matte black wheels m310

A neochrome or black chrome lug nuts?

I do have red accents on my Z. Or it would be too much red already?

Looks really good. What aero stuff do you have on there?
Any more pics?

Zoren 370 12-07-2016 09:55 PM

Front splitters are 3 PC evo R black with red accents
Replica amuse side skirts
Evo R rear diffuser CF
Fly 1 CF rear skirts.
Front CF canards forgot the brand bought used in this forum

Let me find some of the recent pictures of my Z.

Thanks for the compliments.

Neo Chrome looks good with black wheels if you wan them to be subtle. When I was trying to decide whether to go with Neo Chrome or not, I thought that it would just stand out too much, but in reality, you don't notice them so much until close up.

I wonder if red lugs would look better with your colour scheme? They would be more visible for sure.

I like them too and only $0.80, but they are too short I think. I would like them to cover the whole stem.
