Thinking about getting the '15 Nismo rear bumper on my Non-Nismo Z.... Question is will it fit flush if I don't have the '15 Nismo spoiler? Z1 sells a hardware

Question is will it fit flush if I don't have the '15 Nismo spoiler? Z1 sells a hardware kit also to fill in gaps, Is this necessary?any experience is appreciated.
