UPDATE:
Eeep. I found another post by Pat C. who drilled out the rivets and it popped open! Source: Accessing inner door panel for Dynamat UPDATE : 2nd Those rivets are meant to be there for the window regulator. I will do a write up on how to remove the inner grey plate, removal of window motor/ removal of window regulator, removal of lock actuator as soon as I receive the parts.
