Default Bubbles in Tint

I got my tint done 3 weeks ago with the carbon line from Suntek. On my back window I see little tiny bubbles on most of the window. On the two front mirrors it is less but there is still 3 or 4 bubbles on each window.

I called the tint guy and he said to me it is impossible to get a tint job where 0 bubbles show up. Is this true or should I make him do the entire car over again. I like to think im a perfectionist with the z and I do not like the bubble look at all.

My window tinter is a friend of mine, and has owned his tint shop for over 15years... If there was a bubble in my tint it would be fixed. Now he uses extremely quality film, so if you only payed $100 for your tint you may want to step it up to better film/installer. I have Huper Optik and no problems yet, also how did he do on the trim line top of the window?

They shouldn't be that noticeble, try another tint shop for an Opinion, and if they say its normal, and will disappear in time? theres no worries, but if they find that it was substandard work? have them put in writting, and go back to the original installers and tell you got another opinion and to redo the work or your going to small claims.

I agree on quailty film, I'm a past Huper Optik user, and can confirm it's one of the best out there.

yah, you shouldn't have that many bubbles after 3wks. i would give the installer option to redo it, but after that i would consult another tintshop.

imo.. if its that bad.. demand your money back and look for a better installer/film. I get the feeling it may be a hard request but.. cant hurt.

Well I have a lifetime warranty on the film, so I will give him 1 more opportunity to fix the entire car. If not I will just drive to Ft myers and get it done under warranty at a different place.

I've had 6 or 7 cars tinted and have never had a single bubble. Your guy needs some lessons.
I've got a guy here that quoted me $150 and he computer cuts his film.

I would wait but Im going back to Texas in about 5 days. When he installed it, he said the bubbles would be gone within a week.

I expect perfection when a professional installs things on my car. If there is one bubble I wont be satisfied and Ill tell him that tomorrow, if he isn't up to the challenge he can give me my money back.

This guy is giving me the run around. I called in and told him I wanted it replaced he said that he didnt know if and when he was going to be in the shop because he had residential work to do. I called back on a different line and said I need to tint a new car with a different name and all of a sudden it was "what time would you like to come in today." This is ridiculous Im starting to get pretty frustrated.
