Loud Noise When Pressing Trunck Lid Opener Switch
So I just had a spoiler installed yesterday, and I'm afraid that some part of the trunk lock hardware may have been damaged.
Every time I press the Trunk Lid Opener Switch, I hear an unusually loud noise, one that did not happen before the installation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. |

The solenoid is normally pretty loud.
I'm guessing that the weight of the spoiler has the lock in a slight bind causing it to make more noise when unlatching. Does the hatch release properly?
