How long between when you got the car back and when you took these photos? Did you notice the rust at the same time that you noticed the damage, or

How long between when you got the car back and when you took these photos? Did you notice the rust at the same time that you noticed the damage, or did it start rusting later? Metal wouldn't oxidize that fast, so I'm thinking if it was rusty when you first noticed the damage, then it was probably not done at the shop.
