My seats are not ripped. It appears the faux leather has word down and the actual color (Black) is now exposed. What complicates things is the the seat color is

My seats are not ripped. It appears the faux leather has word down and the actual color (Black) is now exposed. What complicates things is the the seat color is light gray. I passed a shop that advertised leather seat repair and will get them to look at it.
